Foundation Training is the primary body based tool I use to restore balance and integrity to the body.

6 week Foundation Training progressive series


This 6 week series is a great way to optimize the full potential of Foundation Training.

We will start with the basics to develop a solid foundation, from which we will continue to build on each week, refining and adding more layers to each movement, developing strong posture and efficient movement patterns.

You will learn how every movement and exercise has direct applicability to everything we do in life, and how you can integrate it into daily activities and the workplace.

Series structure

  • 6 classes
  • One class per week
  • Class length: 45min


Regular classes


Whether your staff has gone though the 8 week series or not, having a regular class will provide your team with the knowledge, tools and motivation to counteract the negative side effects that office work has on the body.

The regularity of the classes can be created to suite your companies needs.

  • One or more classes per week
  • bi-weekly or monthly options available
